We utilize an eclectic approach including utilizing coping skills and mindfulness. We also specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
We work with families and couples in need and in crisis, as well as parents and families who need just a bit more support. We utilize Family Therapy in conjunction with Individual Therapy and Couples Therapy to evoke long lasting, positive change to family dynamics. We have experience working collaboratively with community mental health agencies, private providers, and local service boards as needed.

Our group therapy sessions are always active, evolving, and designed to meet the needs of our community. We regularly offer a variety of groups focused on different topics, and the sessions are constantly adapting to address what’s most relevant and helpful for participants. If you have a specific type of group in mind, whether it’s focused on anxiety, stress management, personal growth, or another topic, we welcome requests and can create groups tailored to those interests. Joining a group is a dynamic way to connect, share experiences, and grow alongside others in a supportive environment.
